St. Philip's Building 1

Building 1 renovations

WestEast provided master planning, programming and design services for several projects at St. Philip’s College including Building 1, an industrial shop building constructed as part of the military buildup for WWII. New spaces including a library, learning center, industrial workshop, welding lab, and high tech classrooms were added to the existing academic functions already housed in Building 1. Construction was phased so that occupied spaces could remain functional throughout the project duration. WestEast also provided design and construction administration services for the re-roofing of the facility in addition to the installation of one of the largest solar arrays in the region.
