The Methodology

The restraint of the entry creates a sense of discovery as the opaque facades fracture to reveal both the “jewel”, and the spectacular views across the fairways and scenic hill country landscape.

The Result

Located North of hwy 1604, West of hwy 281, the project is projected to be completed in early Fall 2024. The building will provide spaces for dining, nightlife, coffee shops, retail shopping, and a main gathering space for events. Multiple terraces on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building overlook the Canyon Springs golf course.
