The Methodology

The two-story facility utilizes a pre-engineered metal frame system and metal panel exterior cladding. The first floor is a suspended concrete slab that allows for utilities to be run under the building for ease of access and maintenance.

The Result

The new center provides 120 welding stations, six lab spaces for demonstrations, a prep and paint booth, two garage vehicle bays, administrative spaces, multipurpose classrooms, computer labs, and support spaces with the capacity to host job fairs and trade shows for students.
