The Project

The project is located at the edge of the Cactus Brush Canyon Springs Golf Club, featuring a three-floor, multifunctional event venue and retail spaces. Designed with a focus on simplistic elegance, the structure complements its surroundings while honoring its Texan and San Antonian roots. The vision is to create a cohesive space that seamlessly integrates with the natural beauty of the landscape, offering a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and tenants alike.

The Methodology

To ensure that the venue meets the diverse needs of its tenants, various studies were conducted on how different users could best utilize the space. Guidelines were developed for tenants regarding a cohesive color palette that enhances the overall aesthetic. The design emphasizes unobstructed views of the golf course, incorporating deep lounge seating in outdoor areas and clean, monochromatic finishes. Indoor furniture is crafted from natural textiles and materials, reinforcing the warm and inviting atmosphere while maintaining a strong connection to the surrounding environment.

The Result

The result is a modern aesthetic complemented by grand lighting and contemporary furniture, designed to foster a warm and welcoming feel. This multifunctional commercial building, currently under construction, aims to provide a versatile space that adapts to various events while ensuring comfort and accessibility for all users. With a focus on creating a harmonious blend of style and function, the project is poised to become a significant addition to the local community.
